Is my voice heard by the European Parliament? If yes, does it make a difference?
During the third Hêbê Debate, one team will argue for the European Parliament being a truly democratic institution and the other will argue against. For instance, one team could argue that the European Parliament is a fake democratic institution, as the EU citizens don’t know their MEP and the decisions they take, while the other team could argue that the EP is in fact the only real European democratic institution with MEP elected by the people and for the people. .
