The Hêbê Team is composed of nineteen individuals interacting collectively in Hêbê General Assembly. Eight members are part of the Executive board elected for two years by Hêbê’s General Assembly.
The executive board (elected on 21 March 2010) meets every month and decides on the new projects to be endorsed with direct financial support, communications expertise and/or volunteers. The board gives its approval to new partnerships. The Management board is composed of Eva Filzmoser, David Garlot, Jasmin Jantschy, Tecla Kohls, John Nganga, Maria João Podgorny, Salvatore Scalzo and Netti Vorner. David is the chairman, Maria João the secretary general and John the treasurer.
The General Assembly meets at least once a year to approve Hêbê’s accounts, elect new board members and endorse a new budget and Activity Plan. In addition to the eights board members, the General assembly members are: Maria Dantz, Katia Delimova, Arno Geens, Giuseppe Guerrera, Natasha Hurley, Yacine Kouhen, Nicolas Mathioudakis, Ajejandro Rodriguez, Johannes Schilling, Peter Vadja and Alfredo Zucchi.
As Hêbê is project driven, some of the volunteers, in addition to their involvement in the General Assembly and Executive Board, are also project leaders: Alfredo (Hêbê Opera), David (Hêbê Football), Jasmin (Hêbê BreXplorer), Netti (Hêbê Party), Nicolas (Hêbê Theatre), Tecla & Katia (Mardi Suares) and Yacine (Hêbê Debates)
