How to become a Hêbê Project?
The preparation of a Hêbê project requires a concrete and detailed mission statement describing:
Þ The purpose of the activity
Þ Proposed locations
Þ People involved (names of project members and their roles)
Þ A budget and timetable
The evaluation of the adequateness of a proposal is to be made by the Hêbê Management Board.

What are the benefits of becoming a Hêbê Project?
By becoming a Hêbê Project, you will have a legal framework under the ASBL Hêbê. This will ease your contract negotiation (e.g. contract for a place to rent) and your sponsoring negotiation. You will also benefit from our network of members and friends (more than 1000) that will receive information and invitation to your activities.
And last but not least, you will benefit from our network of volunteers that will support you in your activities (e.g. finding a place to rent, finding a sponsor, support in logistics…)
The persons involved in Hêbê Projects are personally liable and legally responsible. Each Hêbê Project has to designate a competent treasurer who oversees all the financial transactions of the parties. We strongly recommend buying an insurance, if relevant (e.g. for events where persons could potentially be damaged).
Hêbê being still in its early phase, only a loan can be provided.
